Airfix 1/72nd Whirlwind HAS.22
The kit started out as the Airfix 1/72 Whirlwind HAS.22 but I carried out a bit of surgery on the nose and a dip on the tail converting to HAR.10.
The side door had to be cut out, but I took a casting of the side first as I expected it to be a bit of a mess. The glazing was not great so I used Glue n’ Glaze for the side windows, created new windows for the pilot access but used the original moulding for the front windscreen.
